PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept payments via the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, and Discover. When we receive a credit card payment from you, we will authorize that transaction with the credit card provider via Paypal. If the provider asks for additional information, we may need to contact you to request additional information showing your identity, since we want to protect you from any fraudulent use of your card.

Please note that as a further safety precaution, shipments can only be made to an address that is on file with your credit card company and Paypal. Thus, if you intend to ship to a new address, or one that is not yet on file with your credit card and/or Paypal, we suggest that you contact your credit card/Paypal to verify that address in advance of placing your order with us.

Domestic sales tax only applies to customers whose shipping addresses are in the state of California.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via USPS priority. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

For your protection, all deliveries require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from USPS. Your item will not be released unless you or your designated agent signs for pickup.

You will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can log into your account for more information.

RETURNS

If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less shipping.

The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with boxes, tags and identifying marks intact.

We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise.

After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, refund will be issued within 3 days.

Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.

Damage claims should be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions. Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.

In the event that the buyer files the claim, we will provide you with the necessary insurance information.
